Quite amazingly, we are again experiencing thunder and lightning as I write this newsletter, with rain at 8am on the 23rd of April. Some of the apps are forecasting 25 mm today and 33 mm tomorrow.

See who you drew for our Masters sweepstake

Well what a great weekend to look forward to – the Masters – with so many story lines. I unfortunately have never had the pleasure or privilege of going to Augusta, but this week a few of our members that I know of will be there, namely Johan and Thys de Beer, as well as Schalk Theron and AB de Villiers. In fact, look out for AB who will be caddying for Christiaan Bezuidenhout in tonight’s par three contest.
